Valmore Holding has completed a bolt-on acquisition in the UK logistics sector, extending the Group's footprint into specialised cold-chain logistics. The transaction complements existing UK industrial holdings and is expected to generate cross-platform supply synergies within the first twelve months of integration.
The acquired business operates a network of temperature-controlled distribution centres serving the UK and continental European markets. It joins the Group's UK platform on a debt-light basis, consistent with Valmore's disciplined capital allocation framework.
Transaction value was not disclosed. The deal closed on December 18, 2025 and is effective for the Group's FY2026 reporting.
