Valmore Holding has been recognized for the third consecutive year among the MENA region's top investment holding companies in a leading regional ranking, citing portfolio discipline, governance quality and consistent total shareholder return.
The ranking specifically called out the Group's cross-sector exposure — Chemicals, Building Materials, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Non-Banking Financial Services — as a template for diversified resilience. Governance practices, including the Group's independent Board composition and disclosure cadence, were also highlighted.
